MEDIA ACCREDITATION CLOSED

Media accreditation for our 20th Anniversary Celebration, which took place between 18 to 22 October, is closed. We thank all those who joined us in Ubud for our milestone festival.
What does Media Accreditation include?
As an accredited member of the media, you'll enjoy a host of exclusive benefits. These include unlimited access to our main program, which features engaging panel discussions, along with after-dark privileges like film screenings and live music. These exciting events are scheduled between 19 and 22 October 2023.

Furthermore, your accreditation provides access to our dedicated Media Centre, where you'll find invaluable support for your inquiries, reports, interviews, and any other information you may need. Media Accreditation also opens doors to other exciting opportunities.

You'll have the privilege of participating in UWRF-related press conferences and our renowned Opening Gala. Most importantly, you'll gain the unique opportunity to interview literary and poetic icons who are shaping the literary world in Indonesia, the broader region, and beyond.
How can I arrange interviews with authors and speakers?
To set up interviews with our Festival speakers, please connect with our Media Centre via press@yayasansaraswati.org, and we'll be more than happy to help make it happen.
Where can I get my Media Pass?
Once you have successfully registered, you can pick up your Media Pass, which grants access to the entire main program, including a full array of programs such as main panel discussions and the after-dark program, featuring special film screenings and live music.

You can collect your Media Pass at the Media Centre located at Indus Restaurant. The Media Centre will be open from Thursday, 19 October to Sunday, 22 October, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Please note that your Media Pass does not provide access to Special Events, Masterclasses, and other ticketed events.
