Sandie Elisabeth Monteiro is an Indonesian women’s activist and politician who began her career as a secretary. Over the past eleven years, she has worked in film, progressing from production secretary to film producer for both fiction and documentary films.

Sandie Elisabeth Monteiro adalah aktivis perempuan sekaligus politisi asal Indonesia yang memulai karirnya sebagai seorang sekretaris. Selama sebelas tahun terakhir, ia bekerja di dunia perfilman, berkembang dari sekretaris produksi menjadi produser film, baik untuk film fiksi maupun dokumenter.
