Ni Nyoman Aryaningsih, also known as Ming Arya, has been a traditional Balinese dancer since the age of six. She began her career at Kul Kul Connection Green School Bali, where she facilitated learning for both international and local community members in Subak Uma Lambing. Ming worked closely with local farmers, engaging learners of all ages in projects on rice paddies, community gardens, and agroforestry. After her initial role, she joined the Astungkara Way team, focusing on regenerative farming and food sources. Additionally, she is involved in Yowana Subak, a program aimed at raising awareness among Balinese youth about agricultural challenges and fostering pride in farming. She graduated in 2019 from Udayana University with a degree in Agronomy and Horticulture.

Ni Nyoman Aryaningsih, juga dikenal sebagai Ming Arya, telah menjadi penari tradisional Bali sejak usia enam tahun. Ia memulai kariernya di Kul Kul Connection Green School Bali, di mana ia memfasilitasi pembelajaran bagi komunitas internasional dan lokal di Subak Uma Lambing. Ming bekerja sama dengan petani lokal, melibatkan pelajar dari berbagai usia dalam proyek-proyek di sawah, kebun komunitas, dan agroforestri. Setelah perannya di awal, ia bergabung dengan tim Astungkara Way yang berfokus pada pertanian regeneratif dan sumber makanan. Selain itu, ia terlibat dalam Yowana Subak, sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran di kalangan pemuda Bali tentang tantangan pertanian dan membangkitkan kebanggaan terhadap kegiatan bertani. Ia lulus pada tahun 2019 dari Universitas Udayana dengan gelar di bidang Agronomi dan Hortikultura.
