Oktaria Asmarani is an Indonesian researcher and community organizer focused on gender justice issues. With a background in philosophy and sustainable anthropology, her feminist research and work often intersect with topics related to environmental, cultural, and political justice. She believes in the power of sharing and learning with people from diverse backgrounds to create alternatives for addressing structural issues. Currently, she works full-time as the Gender Justice Research & Network Coordinator at New Naratif, while continuing to explore her homeland, Bali. Her essays have been published in various local, national, and international outlets.
Oktaria Asmarani adalah seorang peneliti dan pengorganisir komunitas yang berfokus pada isu keadilan gender. Dengan latar belakang pendidikan filsafat dan antropologi keberlanjutan, penelitian dan praktik kerja feminisnya kerap bersinggungan dengan topik keadilan lingkungan, budaya, dan politik.
