Our Festival returns from 21 to 25 October, and we are looking for over 100 people to join our team of volunteers.

Our volunteers are the first faces writers see, the steady hands keeping every session, every moment, and every encounter running seamlessly, from behind the scenes to greeting the world's most celebrated authors and first-time festival-goers alike. Volunteering is fun, flexible, and full of the unexpected.

No previous experience needed, just energy, curiosity, and a genuine love of ideas and people. Whether you love literature and culture, or you just want to try something new, we would love to have you on the team.
